Me
For many years, I struggled with back pain due to a history of severe scoliosis. Yoga has helped me to create strength and balance with less pain and more ease.

I pursued yoga along with other holistic body work, because I didn't want to undergo a complete spinal fusion (still the only surgical option for treating scoliosis). With two small kids and a full-time career as a management consultant, I needed simple and accessible options to help me feel better.
In 2009, I enrolled in yoga teacher training to explore how to support my spine and minimize pain. With a regular practice, I started to feel so much better - physically and emotionally.
Stress and pain were much easier to manage.

I didn't expect to fall in love with yoga, but that's exactly what happened. I was eager to share the teachings and began teaching group classes in 2009.
In 2018, I received my yoga therapy certification through the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, California.
I specialize in Yoga Therapy for cultivating resilience and overall well-being, spine health, pain care, and healthy aging.
